Dimag ko tarotaja rakhe...


     School me jab bachche niche sir karke chupachap kuchh pad-likh rahe hote hai, to log sochte hai ki bhut achhe bachhe hai, dhyan lagakar padte hai. Ghar me bhi vahi hal hai. Bade log sochte hai ki bachche sorgul n kare, aik hi jagah baithkar study kare, usase study me mann lagega.

      Lekin sach kuchh or hi hai. Jitani Sharirik gatividiha ho, utana unka mind tej hota hai. Scientist ka niskars hai ki Sharirik  shakriyata mind k liye kayi tarah  se labh-dayak hoti hai. Mind k andar jo mahin dhamaniya hoti hai, unme blood teji se flow hoke cells tak jyada matra me pahuchata hai. Mano cells jag uthati hai. Shakriyata k bad Mind etana energy full banta hai ki padayi (study) me adhik akagrata (Concentration) hoti hai. Yhi niyam bado  ke liye bhi hai. Office me lambe samay tak kam karne walo ko aik Mansikk thakan si mahsus hoti hai, vh esiliye ki mind ki cells ko khoon (blood) ni milata. Ve murjha jati hai, Body jakad jati hai. Mind ki  Concentration 40 minutes tak bakhubi rahti hai,  Usake bad use thoda gap chahiye. Usake  bad kuchh aisa kare, jiska aapke kam se koe relation n ho. Dimag k kae  hisse hai jo Nutrition (पोषण) chahte hai, unhe  tajagi dene k liye hai tea ya coffie break banaye gye hai. Aik shikhane ki nyi bidha hai jise OPEN SOURCE TECHNOLOGY kahte hai. Esase mana jata hai ki aap class me jitana shikhate hai, usase kahi jyada do class k bich k break me shikhte hai, kyoki Tension wale mind shikhne k kabil ni hota. Body shithil ho to nayi bate aasani se mind me enter (pravesh) karti hai.

       Esliye , Dosto aap apne mind ko hamesha tarotaja rakhne ki liye aap time to time kam se break liya kro. Jidsase aapka koe bhi kam chahe study ho achhe se ho sake.
