         Jaise ham aik company ki suruaat karni hai to, hm agar uske suruaat kaise kare, kha kare, eske liye kya kare ki sahi rahega, kya n kare ki jisse hme loss ho. etc... ke bare me ham chintan karenge to hme us company ko suru karne me bhut help  milegi. Lekin, Us company ko leke bs chinta karne
 lge ki kahi esse hme loss n hone lge or hamara future kharab ho jaye  etc.  sochane lge to aap us company ka startup bhi ni kar payenge. Uske sath aapki health bhi kharab ho jayegi.
        Dosto! Aajkal dekha gya hai ki chinta hamare teenager jyada karte hai. Kisi ko future ki chinta, kisi ko family ki chinta, to kisi ko apne Lover ki chinta ban jati. But, Dosto hamare chinta karne se kuchh ni hoga. Keval hm chintan karke hi apne future etc. ko sahi kar sakte hai.
       Chinta karne se hamare mind ki nashe jo hoti hai vh sikudane lagti hai aur usme blood ka flow achhe se ni ho pata  jisase hamare mind  shusth ho jata hai. But, Jab hm chintan karte hai to hamre mind me aik nayi freshness aa jati hai aur hamari body me tajagi aa jati hai. Hamare body me kuchh bhi karne ki eneargy aa jati hai.
        Mai aap logo se yhi kahunga ki aap log kisi bhi bat pr chinta n kare. Kyoki jab hamare sath kabhi bura hota to achha hone ki umeed jag jati hai.Jab bhi  bura hota hai to hame sikhane ko bahut kuchh milta hai. So, Hme chinta kyo karna jab hme sikhane ko kuchh mil rha to. Ham kisi bhi topic pr chintan karke sahi decision le le, ye hamare life k liye sahi rahega.
